Russia and South Korea sign Visa-Free agreement

Since January 2014 the citizens of Russia and South Korea will be able to travel to each other without visa. The agreement will allow tourists to travel during 60 days without visa. The total period shall not exceed 90 days within 180 days.

The agreement was signed by Vladimir Putin and Pak Kin Hyo. Also in the center of Seoul Vladimir Putin unveiled a monument to Alexander Pushkin. Writers Union has presented the sculpture to South Korean fans of the great writer.

The Russian Federal Tourism Agency and the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also signed a memorandum on mutual understanding on organizing the years of mutual visits in 2014-2015.
